As you will note from the retreat packet of information, the retreat will concentrate the activities on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at the New York Buddhist Church (331-332 Riverside Drive (between 105 & 106 Streets on Riverside Drive), New York City.  The hotel is within easy reach by public transportation and /or taxi.
